Bakehouse

Although only open since December 2017, this bakery has already gained cult-status in the city. And for good reason. Helmed by Chef Grégoire Michaud (previously the executive pastry chef at the Four Seasons, Hong Kong), quality is always guaranteed in the range of creative and inventive bakes on offer. Although the main focus is of course on the pastry here, coffees by Urban Coffee Roaster are available. Grab an afternoon pick-me-up and enjoy a coffee for the road, or take your time and sit in for weekend brunch – just make sure to order an egg tart to go! If you’re planning on sitting in, get here early as queues are known to wind down the road before 9am on weekends.
