Tiffany & Co.’s Blue Box Café has launched a Sunday Brunch at its Lee Gardens home, with a menu devised by Chef Agustin Balbi and the café team. It opens with a basket of fresh breads and croissants before a seafood tower of oysters with salsa fresca, king crab legs with hollandaise, crab salad with XO mayonnaise, sea urchin seafood salad and truffle-finished fried scallops, served with three sauces.
