The stunning Madame Fù occupies the top floor of the Barracks Block of Tai Kwun, utilising 8,000 square-feet of space to house its Grand Café, whiskey lounge, private dining rooms, verandah and more. Drawing inspiration from Hong Kong’s colonial past, the menu centers on contemporary Cantonese classics.
