Portico at SPIGA

Though not technically a rooftop bar, Portico has quickly become one of our favourite outdoor spots in Hong Kong. As the adjoining terrace to SPIGA, the relaxed ambiance, smooth service and desirable location (right by Central MTR, Exit D) provide Portico with a winning combination. Plus, the music is set at an appropriate volume, meaning you can actually get a decent conversation in.
