The Michelin Guide 2025 is out! Read on to find out which Hong Kong restaurants received stars — or moved up in the ranks — this year.

A total of 76 restaurants in Hong Kong and 19 restaurants in Macau received stars at the 17th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau. Hosted at the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau, six Hong Kong restaurants were awarded with one star, including Ami, Plaisance by Mauro Colagreco and Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa. Almost all of the Hong Kong restaurants that were awarded three stars last year have maintained the distinction for 2025, with Amber the only establishment promoted to two stars.
