Hard As Nayls Virtual Race

Hosted by The Green Race, this virtual race will take you along the breathtakingly beautiful Clearwater Bay and Ma On Shan country parks. You can take on the 100km race if you’re looking to give yourself a challenge, or opt to tackle a distance of 4, 8, 20, or 50K  – either way you’ll be able to enjoy some gorgeous views and it’ll be for a good cause! This race is aiming to raise $50,000 in donations to support Naylor Education, Sai Kung Stray Friends Foundation and Exchange & Empower.

Dear Hong Kong: Diversity In Hong Kong In Full Colour Photo Exhibition

The Lamma Art Collective is proud to host this wonderful photo exhibition by Dear Hong Kong which celebrates the city’s rich and vibrant cultural diversity. Dear Hong Kong is a social project (and recently also became a 200-page photo book!) aimed at capturing and spotlighting the stories of inspiring people of different nationalities who live in Hong Kong.

The Dear Hong Kong team has spent the past year interviewing, photographing and translating the stories of almost 100 interviewees from a range of different backgrounds. Head to this exhibition for a peek into the special project.

Move it for Mental Health

40% of Hong Kong is country parks, yet 80% of Hongkongers do not achieve the daily recommended amount of physical activity. In light of this, Mind Hong Kong is running its Move it for Mental Health campaign to raise awareness of the benefits of exercise on our physical and mental health, challenging everyone to complete 50km in nature this month. Participants who successfully log the distance will be entered into a lucky draw to win a prize courtesy of the supporting organisations.
