Four Seasons Christmas Buffet
You can’t go wrong with a Christmas lunch or dinner at the swanky Four Seasons. The food is always impeccable and this year, the Christmas Lunch Buffet will take place in the Four Seasons Grand Ballroom (fancy). The Buffet will feature a wide variety of quality foods, and turkey lovers will flock to the epic carving station with Chef Herve’s iconic roasted turkey and stuffing. There’s something for everyone here, so along with turkey you can also try the dim sum from three Michelin starred Lung King Heen. This is Christmas done in style!

In the centre of Causeway Bay on the roof terrace of the Excelsior hotel, ToTT’s is hosting an exquisite five-course Christmas Eve dinner that’s sure to satisfy your appetite. They will have all sorts of delicious delights to choose from, including Boston lobster and of course turkey with cranberry sauce and all the trimmings. Mott 32’s Turkey Trio
If you want to add a traditional Chinese touch to your Christmas turkey dinner, then there’s nowhere better that Mott 32. The elegant, beautifully designed restaurant is bringing back their Turkey Trio for the season. This turkey special comes in three parts, starting with a Whole BBQ Roasted Free Range Turkey, which will be carved next to your table and paired with three sauces (including Chef Lee’s secret turkey sauce). The second course will be a Turkey and Five Shade Salad, a combination of papaya, dragon fruit, melon, scallions, red pepper, cashew nuts and a sweet peanut sauce. Lastly, try the minced turkey served with water chestnut, mushroom and bamboo in a crisp lettuce cup. Sound good to you? Make sure you reserve this unique turkey experience three days in advance as there are limited fresh shipments daily. Add a Hong Kong twist to your Christmas celebrations!

Casa Lisboa Christmas Semi-Lunch Buffet
Who wouldn’t want unlimited servings of turkey… yum! This holiday season Casa Lisboa are launching a Semi-Lunch Buffet featuring Portuguese Style Roast Turkey. This traditional Portuguese recipe seasons the Turkey overnight with port wine, garlic, onion, herbs and ground pepper. It’s then roasted, adding a flavoursome finish that’s sure to elevate your Christmas dinner! In addition to this Christmas special, Casa Lisboa will also be including their signature dishes – think Roast Suckling Pig. And don’t forget to indulge in the six classic Portuguese Christmas desserts for a sweet ending.

Delve into Lily & Bloom’s glamorous yet rustic 20th century decor for an old school Christmas dining experience. Known for their creative cocktails and market style food, this holiday season they’re serving up Christmas brunch and dinner in a raw, authentic fashion. The Christmas dinner special will be a gratifying five-course menu, with a variety of tasty mains to choose from (heads up for the Iberico pork and turkey!). As for the Christmas brunch, it’s going to be a hefty feast with tons of choice to satisfy all.

It’s a Very French Christmas at La Saison!
As the year comes to an end and being Christmas as it is, pamper yourself and loved ones to these supreme tasting menus at La Saison! La Saison is an exquisite French fine dining restaurant that houses Michelin starred Chef Jacques Barnachon. The 6-course tasting menu begins with their popular Oyster Amuse Bouche from L’Etang de Moulin and Scallop Carparccio… The 8-course tasting menu starts off in the same manner but progresses differently, ending with French Brie Cheese and a selection of sweet delights. Every so often they have new exhibitions and innovative dishes presented in an artistic manner worthily paired with the arts seen hanging from their wall. This festive season The Popsy Room has transformed their space into a dreamland filled with winter florals, festive ornaments and a holiday menu to match up with this beautiful exhibition. You can choose the Holiday Affair menu (8-course) or the Christmas Affair menu (6-course), which ever you choose they will both be gastronomic masterpieces.

This newly opened Peruvian Japanese restaurant is spicing up the season with their unique Christmas menu! Staying true to the Spanish meaning of their name, ‘market’, the ingredients used are super fresh and come straight from the farm. In fact, the corn, shiso, chillies and star fruit all come from Hong Kong’s very farms in the New Territories! You’ll get a taste of classic Christmas dishes as well as innovative Nikkei cuisine that’s sure to introduce some new flavours to your palate.
