The family-style spread features heaping portions of mascarpone and brown butter whipped mashed potatoes, a creamy green bean casserole with crispy shallots, and a rich mac & cheese with fontina and provolone, all served alongside a show-stopping whole-roasted turkey with spiced cranberry sauce and rosemary gravy.

This Thanksgiving, Soho’s KINSHIP is offering not one, but two delectable dining deals. First up, a traditional all-American Thanksgiving Dinner menu featuring nostalgic dishes inspired by Executive Chef Chris Grare’s New Jersey upbringing. The three-course menu features elevated takes on holiday classics such as Smoked Turkey served with hazelnut-cauliflower purée and cranberry jus, a vegetarian Porcini Risotto with madeira reduction, pecorino and fresh herbs, and an Apple Pie Crumble or Salted Caramel S’more dessert. As if that wasn’t enough, KINSHIP is also hosting Thanksgiving Weekend Brunch: expect a feast of family-style sharing dishes, with highlights including Corned Beef Hash with caramelised onion and dill, hot and sweet Fried Chicken & Waffles, and Baked Cod with braised cabbage and chorizo, to name but a few!

The traditional turkey dinner receives a Peking makeover this year thanks to Mott 32. The luxury Chinese dining hotspot will be serving up a delicious Peking Turkey, designed to be eaten the same way as the Peking Duck (i.e. wrapped in pancakes and paired with condiments). Serving up to eight people, the menu also features a Shredded Turkey Salad with Sweet Chinese Pickles and Homemade Sauce, followed by Minced Turkey Cups with Prawn Cracker, Water Chestnut, Mushroom and Bamboo Shoot.

Celebrate the holidays with simply delicious sharing dishes straight from the grill, courtesy of Mr Brown. The Ship Street smoke house brings us a Thanksgiving menu packed full of inventive dishes, including clams on toast with ‘nduja and tomato, smoked meatballs with barbecue chipotle, and housemade English muffins stuffed with Iberico pork or pastrami. There will of course be turkey as well, served with all the trimmings: think pecan and bacon stuffing, maple glazed sweet potato and smoked pork Brussels sprouts. Rounding out the meal is a decadent apple and pecan pie, complete with a hearty dollop of vanilla bourbon cream. Drinks-wise, make a night of it with festive egg nog and hot buttered rum.

Perched high above the city with stunning views of Victoria Harbour, head to Petrus for one of the swankiest Thanksgiving dinners Hong Kong has to offer. For one night only, you can ring in the holidays with a special five-course menu which includes dishes like baked French oysters, pumpkin soup, roasted turkey and popcorn ice cream, amongst others. For daytime celebrations, Petrus will further serve a three-course lunch menu, available on the same day.

In a nod to tradition, the Thanksgiving Sharing Feast at Porterhouse is designed to be enjoyed family style. Indulge in a 6kg roasted whole organic turkey, served with sides of Brussels sprouts, mashed potato, roasted pumpkin, French beans, and garlic and chilli broccoli. Alternatively, guests can opt for the Thanksgiving Dinner Set, featuring the likes of USDA Prime Beef Tartare, Turkey Leg Roll and a Pumpkin & Pecan Pie for dessert.

If you’re looking to host a five-star Thanksgiving meal in the comfort of your own apartment, the Mandarin Oriental is a great option for a hassle-free Thanksgiving celebration. Choose between a 7kg or 10kg roast turkey, accompanied by traditional stuffing, pumpkin wedges, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, corn on the cob, cornbread and giblet gravy. Covering your Hong Kong Thanksgiving and Christmas (and New Years Eve too if you’re so inclined), the Morty’s Festive Feast offering is available from now right up until Thursday, 31 December. The set features a whole roasted turkey, which has been cured with a combination of dried spices, alongside sides of smoked pastrami stuffing, creamy mash potato, cheesy garlic bread, roasted vegetables and honey cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes. Back by popular demand for the fourth year in a row, Woolly Pig’s Turkey Takeaway Meal makes holiday feasting easier than ever. Big enough to feed up to eight people, the set comes with a 4.8kg Herb Smoked USDA Turkey served with sourdough gravy and plum and cranberry sauce.
