The special sharing Christmas menu is available from mid-November, and includes starters of cured meats, baguettes, olives, oysters and more, before dazzling with a classic roast turkey roulade, accompanied by the likes of fig and cinnamon stuffing, Brussels sprouts and creamy mash! Peel Street newcomer Mamma Always Said is set to host a festive French affair for its first Christmas. Part of the “At Mamma’s Table” dinner series, the seven-course Joyeux Noël menu will feature exclusive limited-edition dishes, including an orange-glazed Roasted Duck with a cold white bean and pickled red cabbage salad, as well as the showstopping Bûche de Noël Yule Log Cake, to name but a few.

Mr Brown

Wan Chai favourite Mr Brown gives a smokehouse twist to traditional festive favourites this Christmas. Expect a dinner menu packed full of inventive dishes, including clams on toast with ‘nduja and tomato, smoked meatballs with barbecue chipotle, and housemade English muffins stuffed with Iberico pork or pastrami. There will of course be turkey as well, served with all the trimmings: think pecan and bacon stuffing, maple-glazed sweet potato and smoked pork Brussels sprouts. Rounding out the meal is a decadent apple and pecan pie, complete with a hearty dollop of vanilla bourbon cream. Drinks-wise, make a night of it with festive eggnog and hot buttered rum.

Mr Brown will also be putting on a Christmas brunch spread, featuring the same selection of starters, followed by a main course of either smoked turkey or beef brisket, and a dessert of smoked apple cigars with bourbon cream.

The Globe

The Globe isn’t straying far from tradition this Christmas. Starters on offer include a Roast Celeriac Soup, Ham Hock and Cranberry Terrine, and Beet, Gin and Lime Cured Salmon, but it’s all about turkey for the main event here. The Roast Kelly Bronze turkey breast is served up with Pigs In Blankets, Roast Potatoes, Chestnut Stuffing, Winter Greens, Braised Red Cabbage and Cranberry Jam.
