Tai Chi at Eaton HK

Ditch the yoga and make like the city’s locals with a spot of morning tai chi set against the backdrop of Kowloon on the rooftop of Eaton HK. The ancient martial art uses visualisation, breathing and slow mindful movements to warm up the body and guide the circulation of “Qi”. Under the expert guidance of Master Cheung, students will build strength, gain flexibility and balance both body and mind.

Mindful Hike with lululemon

Now that the weather has cooled, hiking season is officially upon us. And what better way to kick things off than with a jaunt around Lantau with lululemon. Beginning from Ngong Ping Market, enjoy the breeze along Ngong Ping 360 rescue trail, waving to the cable cars as you go.
