Fuji Rock Festival, Japan

100,000 strong flock to Fuji Rock Festival in Japan each summer to catch a massive lineup that is always bound to impress. Expect over 200 Japanese and international musicians to grace the stage in this beautiful, outdoor venue.

Fly to: Narita International Airport. Take the bullet train to Echigo-Yuzawa Station where you can then hop on a shuttle bus to the festival (a return trip is about 500 Yen (approx $36), and you pay upfront).

When: Friday, 27- Sunday, 29 July 2018
Where: Naeba Ski Resort, Japan

Good Vibes Festival, Malaysia

Perched high on the hills of Genting Highlands in Malaysia,  Good Vibes Festival has quickly earned itself a reputation to be one of the biggest musical festivals in the region. With big names like Lorde set to headline this year, and heaps of talented, local artists to discover, you won’t want to miss this one.

Fly to: Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Take the Aerobus that goes directly to Genting Highlands from the airport, or if you’re already in the city, the Go Genting express bus departs daily from KL Sentral station, Pudu Sentral and Terminal Putra LRT Gombak.
Flight time: 3 hours 55 minutes
When: Saturday, 21- Sunday, 22 July 2018
Where: Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands, Malaysia

If you’re known to hit up the likes of Ultra, ZoukOut and Creamfields, then WORLD CLUB DOME Korea should definitely be on your EDM bucket list. Hosted in Incheon, South Korea, you can expect to experience some of the best names in the dance music bizz.

Creamfields, Taiwan

Originally founded  in the UK, Creamfields as since become one of the biggest electronic festivals in the world, with the event even happening on our doorstep in Hong Kong each year. With a lineup as big as the expected crowds, tickets are almost guarenteed to sell out, so if your’e uhmming and ahhing – decide fast!

Fly to: Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport. Take the MTR Danshui line to Yuanshan Station and transfer on to bus route 102, 103.
Flight time: 1 hour 50 minutes
When: Saturday, 15 – Sunday, 16 September
Where: Dajia Riverside Park Taipei, Taiwan
Headliners: Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Carnage, Sander Van Doorn, San Holo and more. Full Lineup here!
