Dare we say it’s officially spring time? Well, we don’t know about you but over here at Sassy, we’re loving the warmer weather… So get your fabulously flirty spring dresses and sunnies out and head out for a weekend of fashion, food and fun!

Want to work out, but never find the time? Signed up for the gym, but too busy to actually attend any classes? Then look no further! Trinity Pilates & Barre has just launched some fab newWorkplace Pilates classes – Pilates… right in your office! We’re already big fans of Trinity’s Pilates workouts (check out our full review here) and now they’ve made it even easier for us to keep up with our new year’s fitness resolutions. Simply grab your colleagues, pick a convenient venue, schedule in a time that best suits you and a certified instructor will be there pronto to whip you into shape with a tailor-made session! No excuses now, girls!

Disco it out
Make your reservations for the very first Socialito Disco Brunch – the perfect chance to check out one of the hottest spots to eat, drink and party (check out our full review here). If you were getting bored of the same old brunches ‘round town, Socialito are here to shake it up with a live DJ setentertainment from dancers, live percussionists and other fun performers, plenty of scrummy food served family-style (we’re talking DIY breakfast tacos, chicken carnitas, Wagyu steak hash and mini French toast… mmmm…) and even some complimentary champers since it’s the inaugural Disco Brunch – and if you’ve still got energy to spare, you can even hit the after-party at FLY from 6pm onwards! Who says you can’t party in the daylight, right?!

Nude Beautique has moved home to Wellington Street – so come check out the swanky new space at the opening party of this cosy pampering haven in the middle of Central! Be sure to bring friends for complimentary eyebrow and upper lip waxes or express manis; there will also be 20% off purchases on any retail products and 5% off beauty packages on the night… AND goodie bags for the first 40 people who get there! Something new, something new!
We hope you’ve been giving that wardrobe a good old spring clean, because we have news of yet another great clothes swap shop for you! All you have to do is bring along any new clothes you’ve experienced serious pangs of buyer’s remorse over, or any other unwanted never-worn prezzies you have kicking around (shoes, bags, outfits or accessories) to Something New Something New – and you can then find someone else’s gems from the pool of goodies to take home! There will also be cupcakes, champers and artisan coffee served if you get there early… AND all donations, plus any items left at the end of the day, will be given to Crossroads Hong Kong.

Girl talk
Talk about a perfect occasion for a girl’s night out – come celebrate International Women’s Daywith a special benefit performance of The Vagina Monologues! Three of Hong Kong’s most celebrated actresses, Perry Chiu, Crystal Kwok, and Law Koon Lan, will be taking to the stage for a night of hilariously witty and moving tales from women all around the world. All proceeds raised will go towards The Women’s Foundation community programmes and scholarship initiatives.
