Smythson opens in Hong Kong

When a company has been going strong for 125 years and managed to amass a collection of four Royal Warrants from the British royal family, you know they must be doing something right! And now we can indulge in some accessible designer luxury too, as British stationery and leather accessories brand Smythson has finally landed in Hong Kong with a brand new standalone boutique in Pacific Place, plus a concession in Central’s Harvey Nichols store.

Smythson is best known for its range of stunning personalised stationery and fine array of quality leather goods. Originally started back in 1887 in London by Frank Smythson and with the likes of Grace Kelly, Queen Victoria and Sir Edmund Hillary amongst their former clients, Smythson recently underwent a bit of a style revival thanks to Samantha Cameron (yes, the wife of the British Prime Minister!), who brought the brand bang up to the date for the modern customer.
