You’re Invited: A night of Sassy fitness, food & fun with Locofama, Genie Concepts, Bikini Fit and WineBeast

Bored of your usual nights out? Sick of the standard Soho bar crawl? Well, we have a fantastic dinner with a difference lined up for you – a night of Fitness, Food & Fun at Locofama in Sai Ying Pun (and no excuses guys… it’s five minutes from Sheung Wan by bus or taxi)!

We’ve brought together a host of our favourite businesses for a night jam-packed with delicious food and drink, cool interactive activities and the chance to make new friends. Both guys and girls can join in the fun and with three different dates to pick from – Tuesday 18, Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 March, from 7-9.30pm – there’s bound to be a day that fits into your diary!

The evening will begin with an awesome demo from the Genie Concepts girls, who will be teaching you how to make their scrummy healthy juices and shakes at home (and yes, you’ll get to sip on some tasters too!).

Then it’s time to sweat it out – super stylishly, of course – with an alfresco mini Bikini Fit workout; time to practise those dead lifts, kettlebell swings and squats! Don’t worry, this session is good for all fitness levels so remember to bring your comfy clothes and gym shoes; who knows… you might fall in love with it so much that you end up signing on for the whole programme like we did!

Having ticked all your fitness boxes, it’s then onto the food! We’re huge fans of Locofama already thanks to their uber-tasty, organic dishes (see our full review here) and they’ve arranged a fantastic sharing menu for you to nosh down on – including fresh coconuts, black truffle and chia poached egg, oolong tea soba and spicy spinach quesadillas. See the full menu here… our tummies are rumbling already! Plus there will be inspired wine pairings courtesy of Vincent Feron, Head Sommelier from the cool new store, WineBeast, too… what a night!
