Ever since starting Humid with a Chance of Fishballs Tours (HCFT), Virginia has been introducing the masses to the best of Hong Kong’s culture and heritage by way of off-the-beaten-path food tours around the city and, more recently, private Mahjong classes (Team Sassy has joined her for both in the past!).

After learning the basics of Mahjong with Virginia, we’re excited to hear that she has just launched a new series of intermediate Mahjong lessons for more seasoned – and ambitious – players who are interested in learning how to beat their opponents. After all, Mahjong is as much about strategy as it is about luck!

The private “All-About-Winning” classes, as Virginia likes to call them, are taught in two parts: Mahjong Strategy 1 (Winning) and Mahjong Strategy 2 (Defending). At $2,000, each class is 2.5 hours long and is good for up to four players.
