We’ve waxed lyrical about how much we love Tsim Sha Tsui’s F45 after trying out its signature HIIT-style full-body workouts when the studio opened last October. In short, the F45 Challenge is a 45-day transformation programme designed to help you adopt a healthier lifestyle and learn more about health and wellbeing. There are five challenges each year, with the remaining challenges in 2021 starting Monday, 7 June, Thursday, 26 August and Monday, 25 October.

F45’s first ever Challenge winner Marc lost 4.5kg in body weight, dropped 6% in body fat, and gained 2kg of muscle. “2020 [was such] a challenging year overall – I got to make the best out of it and invest in my personal health,” shared Marc.
His advice to those taking on the challenge this year is to “Keep the focus, set yourself realistic goals, smash them and set yourself new ones…gather with like-minded people – the community of F45 is a great way to do so.”
Second place winner Elaine joined the programme with the goal of being able to do push ups perfectly and drink two litres of water a day. By fully committing to the programme, she achieved her goals with no problem, and thanks to additional lifestyle changes, dropped 6kg in body weight and 5kg of body fat.
“I wanted something to commit to. I was training consistently before, but the challenge helped me to match that consistency in my eating and sleeping habits too,” said Elaine.
