Winston’s Coffee
Lovers of indie coffee shop, Winston’s will be happy to hear that it’s now adding a second location to its repertoire! Kennedy Town locals will now be able to get their hands on freshly brewed coffee, baked goods and more with the opening of the new space. The provisional open date is Monday, 9 April, but stay tuned for more details!

Sevva
Sevva is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a bang by partnering with Bvlgari! From Friday, 6 April to Thursday, 31 May between 3:30pm and 6pm (except Sundays and Public Holidays), BVLGARI X SEVVA will be bringing us a little taste of Italy. What better way to come together with friends and families than over aperitivo? Killer negronis and glasses of Prosecco will go nicely with savoury and sweet bites like Parmesan Chips with Risotto Al Basilico and Cannoli. The Aperitivo italiano experience is $820 per set for two guests with an additional $180 for two alcoholic drinks.

Beef & Liberty
On Sunday, 22 April, Beef & Liberty’s Star Street location will sadly be closing its doors, but it’s not going out without a bang, so head over there for the final farewell in the shape of an epic barbecue! From 12pm to 3pm and 6pm to 9pm, enjoy the all-you-can-eat barbeque, priced at $258 per person for just the barbeque (including hamburgers, ribs, grilled salmon, salads, chocolate brownies and more), and add on free-flow beer, prosecco, DIY Bloody Marys and soft drinks for $130 per person. And don’t be too sad once the location has shut its doors, you’ll still be able to get your burger fix at Beef & Liberty’s LKF and Stanley locations, with HK Airport also coming soon.

Matsunichi
Matsunichi is bringing a rare commodity to the Japanese cuisine scene by unveiling a new eight-course ‘Vegetarian Vibes’ Menu ($600). Using fresh and healthy ingredients, Japanese dishes are transformed into vegetable extravaganzas by the skillful chefs. Dishes include Vegetarian Nigiri Sushi, tempura using mushrooms and sweet potato, and a clay pot dish of vibrant veggies like edamame, corn and peas. Vegetarians, those trying to be more health conscious and even ardent meat eaters will delight in this plant-based feast. The special menu is available from Sunday, 1 April to Thursday, 31 May on weekends for lunch and dinner, as well as on Meatless Mondays.

La Vache!
Only opening its doors just a few month ago, La Vache! in TST is now tempting in diners with its famous steaks at lunchtime. Now open between 12pm and 2:30pm, treat yourself to the classic entrecôte lunch menu; consisting of an organic green salad with walnuts and French mustard vinaigrette, followed by a 10-ounce USDA prime ribeye steak and unlimited crispy frites ($298). Exclusively available as part of the lunch set, a rich and buttery Almond Financier will also be served warm with whipped cream and seasonal berries to end your meal.

Pop Ups
Shack Shake
Hong Kong’s very first Shack Shake is set to open soon, so to get us all ready, the Burger fave will be popping up in the ifc Atrium on Saturday, 14 April! Pop down between 11am and 4pm and try out some of the famous buns in the The atrium, which will be transformed into a beautiful park, just like the first ever Shack at Madison Square Park.
