Winstons, which has now become a neighbourhood institution in Sai Ying Pun and Kennedy Town, is an independent coffee shop founded by three British men when they couldn’t find a store in Hong Kong that ticked all the boxes. They thought there was always something missing. All they wanted was a killer coffee, in a friendly environment, served up by people who actually genuinely care about the customer, which is exactly what they’ve achieved.
