Spartan Race x Sassy Reader Training session

A couple of us at Sassy HQ have taken the plunge and signed ourselves up for one of the most epic obstacle races in Hong Kong – The Spartan Race! And if, like us, you’re a little worried about the impact your weekly wine and office snack intake will have on your ability to jump through errm, fire (eek!), then join us for two awesome training sessions hosted by Bikini Fit and All About Aesthetics. Challenge yourself and take part in one or both of these circuit-style sessions, which will have you feeling (relatively!) prepared for the main event next month!
