From roadside dai pai dongs, bustling old-school dim sum spots, international favourites and a whopping 63 Michelin-starred restaurants, you’re guaranteed to find what you’re looking for. But to help satisfy our appetites even more (and offer up incredible deals!), DiningCity’s biggest dining event is back for another season this summer. Hong Kong Restaurant Week will run from Thursday, 22 August until Sunday, 1 September, and will feature nearly 150 of the city’s top-rated restaurants. Want to know more? We’re telling you which restaurants are getting involved and how to book your seats at the most popular restaurants…

Those who have taken advantage of Restaurant Week before will know that it’s the perfect opportunity to experience some of the best eateries in Hong Kong – at a fraction of the price! With lunch sets starting at just $148, and dinner from $298, the specially designed menus are guaranteed to give diners an unforgettable dining experience. The plethora of restaurants on offer will include fine dining venues, Michelin-starred destinations and five-star hotel restaurants, so it’s the ideal excuse to get a taste of high life, without having to pay the price.

Want to try out a Michelin-star restaurant? The likes of Rech by Alain Ducasse, Ying Jee Club and Tosca di Angelo are all joining Restaurant Week this summer, giving us a taste of the finest French, Chinese and Italian cuisine. From the city’s five-star hotels, The Tai Pan at The Murray Hong Kong, OZONE at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, NOBU at the InterContinental Hong Kong and more will be serving tailor-made menus for the occasion. Aaharn (by internationally celebrated Chef David Thompson) and John Anthony, Maximal Concept’s progressive Cantonese restaurant, will also be joining the line-up, along with many more culinary hot spots that are yet to be announced.
