Pure Dining‘s Sous Chef, Chetan Kohli will be bringing us a night of scrummy Cocktails & Canapés over at Pure Bar + Restaurant. What could be better for beating the mid-week blues than sipping on some vodka strawberry energizer, cooling down with a cucumber martini and chowing down on some truffled popcorn shrimp after a long day at work? There’s also smoked salmon mousse with poached pear on toast, chorizo & shallot bruschetta, and rare tuna with egg nori & lump fish caviar canapés, to name just a few of the delicious delights on the menu!
