Rupert Sanderson Launches the “Hong Kong”

19 May, 2011

Rupert Sanderson made a big commitment to this city by opening their very first stand-alone boutique here in March 2010, and now the brand is demonstrating even more of an investment in appealing to their Hong Kong clients by naming a shoe for us! Based on a pre-existing style, the Winona, the perfect basic court shoe, Rupert Sanderson have built an entirely new “last” for the Hong Kong shoe which is narrower than the Winona, and with more support on the arch to improve comfort. This new more slim style should be a better fit for Asian feet.

The Hong Kong has a four inch heel and a signature almond shape toe. We just can’t get enough of this classic style, and love just how many colours it comes in – this tangerine shade is just perfect for Spring/Summer.

If you prefer to play it safe though with more of a classic look, these nude/beige courts will elongate the legs and look great with just about any outfit.

The Hong Kong by Rupert Sanderson retails for HK6,980.
