We had the chance to check out the Garuda Method first hand, in one of SELF Fitness Studio’s classes. The studio itself is light, bright and easy to find, with state of the art equipment. The workout combines mental and physical stamina, helping each individual find their sense of self through intentional movement. Even after one session, you can see how making this form of practice part of your routine would result in a stronger, toned body with greater poise, flexibility and control.
If you’re looking to increase your mind-body connection whilst getting some solid strength conditioning, this is definitely a studio we’d recommend.
