A day of wellness and fitness activities, expect over 20 wellness brands, nine top-notch instructors leading workout sessions, revitalising yoga classes, soothing sound baths, tea tastings, soulful tunes, healthy food and drinks from Locofama, dog adoption and furry friends. It’s all for a great cause — 100 percent of ticket sales will go directly to dog rescue shelter Catherine’s Puppies.
