Gourmet Asia is the city’s newest food and beverage trade show, and if you’re in the industry, we’re sure that this is an event that our city full of foodies is not going to want to miss it. Taking place from Wednesday, 9 May until Friday, 11 May, it will play home to a huge selection of industry favourites for three-whole days. Along with tastings of mouth-watering dishes from around the world, the event will give industry professionals and foodies alike the chance to get hands-on experience with the latest dining trends and innovations in the 852, as well as the chance to meet suppliers, sneak a look at the latest gadgets and tools, and be inspired by the incredible chefs who will be leading talks and demonstrations.
