Eight-Hand Dinner Showcase At SOMM and Hansik Goo
As part of a creative “East Meets West” series, SOMM at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental and Hansik Goo at The Wellington are presenting a French and Korean culinary crossover dinner helmed by Michelin-starred chefs: Chef Richard Ekkebus, Chef Mingoo Kang, Chef Park Seung-hun and Chef Raymond Yip. This will consist of an 11-course ‘degustation journey’ starting with four amuse-bouche and starters utilising iconic and seasonal ingredients, and the mysterious main course is said to feature the rare and luxurious Korean Hanwoo beef. There’s also an optional unique Korean & French Wine Pairing to further elevate your evening.
The first night of the eight-hand dinner will be held at SOMM and the second at Hansik Goo. This one may hurt your bank account, but if you’re a foodie it will probably be worth it! To make a reservation, email [email protected] or call 2132 0055.
