How many of you need your morning brew to start your day? Countless of us can’t get going without a cup of coffee, with seemingly every other person on the morning commute carrying their (reusable!) coffee cup. It’s no secret that our city has a huge coffee culture, with coffee houses on every street corner, but have you ever thought about what goes into your morning cuppa? From understanding the different aromas, acidity, sweetness, and the all-important flavour, we turned to the pros at NOC Coffee Co. to understand a little more about the humble cup of coffee.
