For those of you in Kowloon, this is one for you to check out. Prajna Yoga will gear you up in a soothing and calm environment. There are a whole host of classes to sign up for, includying Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Yin Yoga. There’s also Swing yoga, which looks like fun! You’ll be suspended in air, which may take some getting used to, but it’ll test your ability to stay focused and balanced.
