Art Month

February may be the month of love, but March is all about art. With events happening all over town this month, there’s sure to be something to help you get your cultural fix!

With the annual Art Basel (23rd – 25th March) and Art Central (March 21st – 25th) leading the way, along with The Asia Contemporary Art Show (March 18th – 20th), HKwalls Street Art Festival 2017 (March 18th – 26th) and so many other independent events, pop-ups and other happenings, it’s looking to be a busy month!

Indian Couture Experiences

A first of its kind pop-up in Hong Kong, the Indian Couture Experience will present capsule collections from twenty of the most desirable designers from India, including apparel, jewellery, shoes and bags. Along with the preview of the collections, the day promises henna tattoo art and tarot card reading, Indian delicacies, traditional dance and more!

Kindness Mats 3.0

We’re always keen to hear more ways that we can help recycle in Hong Kong, and Kindness Mats 3.0 is an amazing way for you to recycle and reuse old plastic bags. Take time out of your Sunday, to help weave mats out of unwanted plastic bags and stuff pillow cases for the homeless.

Bring along your own food and drinks and enjoy the afternoon in Tamar helping those less fortunate. With any donations collected also going towards free laundry and dinner vouchers for the homeless in Hong Kong.

AIDS Walk

Hosted by the Society for AIDS Care, the AIDS Walk is a one hour long walk at The Peak, striving to take a stance on ensuring “Zero Infections for the Next Generation.”

The event promises to be a fun-filled family day, with the funds raised providing direct care services to children, adults and the elderly suffering from HIV/AIDS in Hong Kong.

When: Sunday, 5 March, 11am – 2pm
