Eat, train and transform! We’re giving 5 lucky readers the chance to win 14 weeks worth of free personal training – all with an end goal to compete in the bid for the Triple Threat title on Friday, 2 December! Need your fill of art and music this month? Don’t miss Freespace, a two-day arts festival at the West Kowloon Cultural District that’s re-starting this September. With a blackbox theatre space, a live music stage and seriously chilled out cafe vibe, this is a great to the local artistic talent of Hong Kong. The best bit? Freespace Happening will continue until March 2017, taking place every second weekend of each month.
