Giveaway: Win Two Hypnotherapy Sessions And Give Yourself The Reset You Deserve

Heal from within! We’ve teamed up with a wellness pioneer to give one lucky Sassy reader two hypnotherapy sessions, worth $2,700

Ever feel like you’re stuck in the same emotional loop, no matter how many times you try to ‘think positive’ your way out of it? Hypnotherapy might be an option. It aims to tap into your subconscious to help release stress and anxiety from the root, rather than just managing them on the surface. Curious to see what it can do for you? We are offering a giveaway that lets you find out firsthand.

We’ve teamed up with Hong Kong’s premier alternative healing and training hub All About You Centre to give one lucky Sassy reader two hypnotherapy sessions, worth $2,700. The sessions are led by one of the expert hypnotherapy practitioners at the healing centre, which is led by Sonia Samtani, a mental wellness pioneer.

If you feel your hypnotherapy session worked well for you, you can take it further by joining All About You Centre’s Holistic Hypnotherapy Certification course — the city’s first internationally accredited, in-person programme — and learn how to help others heal too.

Sounds like just what you need? Enter our giveaway before Tuesday, 20 October, 2026 for a chance to win!
