Favourite travel destination: India
India inspires me as it is so diverse and colourful, and it’s home to lots of amazing tea of course! There is the bleak, yet majestic beauty of the rugged north, the tea-growing highlands of the northeast, the colourful Arabic palaces of Rajasthan and the tropical charm of the waters of Kerala in the South amongst many others. What other country embodies such different moods under one roof so well? And of course, it’s home to Teakha’s favourite Masala Chai!

This is my favourite piece from Club Monaco’s Beach Boutique collection as it best embodies the ethnic romance of India!

Favourite Travel destination: Paris
Oh call me cliché, but Paris! Nothing quite like the simple pleasure of sipping a rosé on a Parisian terrace or having an ice cream on the Quai de Seine! Each time I go, a new dimension of the city inspires me. Like it’s rich history, Paris has so many layers that aren’t easily revealed to the wandering tourist. The more time I spend there, the more I feel I start to remove some of those layers, appreciating the city with greater depth, and being able to build up my own list of personal Parisian ‘favourites’.
Favourite Club Monaco piece: Warren Eyelet Dress
For me summer is synonymous with lots of white, light airy fabrics, and of course, dresses, – the “warren eyelet dress” hits the spot perfectly and seems like an ideal companion to take on the HK heat.

Favourite travel destination: Santorini
One of my favourite travel destinations has to be Santorini in Greece. I love how the cities are perched on cliffs over looking the Mediterranean Sea, making the views and sunsets spectacular. Santorini has so much to offer and there is something for everyone to enjoy. You can explore the cute back alleyways of the beautiful white villages looking for hidden shops and restaurants, enjoy amazing seafood and wine whilst taking in the views, take a boat ride and do some island hopping or even visit some of the archaeological sites. What I really love is how there are less cars and vehicles on the islands. This makes the pace of life much more relaxed, which is a nice change from Hong Kong.
Favourite Club Monaco piece: Kaitlin T-shirt dress
I chose the Kaitlin T-shirt dress because I love the fresh colours of white and blue with the embroidery adding some lovely detail. I like that you can keep it simple and wear it in the day or dress it up and wear it out at night, perfect for when you have to pack light. The dress is also relaxed and less fitted which is ideal for a holiday in the sun.

My favourite travel destination for the summer has got to be Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. I love the contrast of city and beach. You get the perks of urban life but in a beautiful, tropical setting.
Favourite Club Monaco piece: White and Blue Embellished Theresa Shorts
My favourite piece from Club Monaco’s new collection are these White and Blue Embellished Theresa Shorts. Separates make it easy to mix and match with a limited wardrobe selection, and this will easily match other parts of the wardrobe. I only travel carry-on so I have to maximise the wear of every item!

Favourite travel destination: Bali
Bali is a truly magical place. The scenery is breath-taking – lush forests, spectacular mountains and cliffs, beautiful beaches and its people who have held onto their traditional customs and values are fascinating. Each time I visit, I always discover something new – whether its witnessing the many small religious ceremonies and rituals that are performed daily everywhere in Bali, stumbling upon village games and gatherings while trail biking through Ubud, learning meditation and Pranayama. It’s a place of colour and texture – discovering ikat and batik prints, observing the traditional outfits of the Balinese people as they go about their daily lives, and admiring the skill of their metalwork, beading and other handicraft. The island exudes an idyllic and romantic feel, and it is a place that never ceases to inspire and amaze.
Favourite Club Monaco piece: Loretta Dress
I love the simplicity of this dress, which allows me to accessorise with layers and layers of cuffs, bracelets and necklaces, as I adore jewellery. It is also perfect for summer – whether you’re in the city, worn over a bikini at the beach or exploring on a summer getaway.

Favourite travel destination: Istanbul
My favourite travel destination is Istanbul in Turkey. It’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to go and when I finally went last year, it did not disappoint! The city is beautiful, so colourful and full of culture and history. The architecture is amazing and there was something interesting around every corner. It’s just a feast for the eyes and very inspiring for any creative… Not to mention it’s a foodie paradise!
Favourite Club Monaco piece: Warren Eyelet Dress and Embellished Fresia Tank
I couldn’t just choose just one piece, so picked two! That’s my usual decision when I have shopping crisis, a dilemma in itself! I love anything that’s broderie anglaise, and the white warren eyelet dress is perfect for hot summer days. I really like the Embellished Fresia tank and would wear it with a cute skirt and sandals for balmy summer nights out.
