Sassy’s Secret Santa Inspiration

8 December, 2015

The bells are ringing out for Christmas day… and whether you’re a part of an office draw or simply picking names from a hat with girls, it’s always fun to fit in a sneaky, secret Santa session! We’re not going to lie though, we do find ourselves crossing our fingers tightly under the table and saying a silent prayer that our ‘name’ either loves our choice, or is one hell of an actress! It can be tricky to choose cute gifts that are both affordable and thoughtful, so we’ve asked a few of our Sassy Girls to clue us in on what they’re hoping for this year. We’ve also put together a little list of inspiration to help you avoid any awkward ‘err… thanks’ moments.

Note – we’re rather ambitious here at Sassy…

I like surprises and thoughtful gifts, whether it’s something small or ginormous. As long as I get to unwrap something that’s not a gift card, I’m ecstatic. Although saying that, Benefit makeup wouldn’t go amiss… especially the super cute Christmas gift sets like this ‘your b.right! to party skin care set‘.

Oooh, tough one! I’d be happy with anything from unlimited Toffee Nut Lattes to a bluetooth speakers (like the Zeppelin pair we gave away here), to finding someone who would climb up Mt. Kinabalu with me… (or go to Kota Kinabalu with me full stop – we could stay here, just saying!)

I’ve been on a health kick recently, so I’ve been lusting after some of those beautiful Rumi Yoga leggings and some brightly coloured Nikes. I’ve found that cute workout clothes just inspire me to exercise more! Take a look at our Top 10 Athletic Apparel Stores here

It’s a long shot, but I’m hoping for a weekend break – anywhere. I just need a beach and a book for a couple of days! Here’s some reading inspiration for the holidays.

This sounds so nerdy BUT a new 2016 planner is a great gift for anyone who is an organisation freak like me. I love starting the new year with a fresh planner and working to fill it all up! A nice leather one in a bright colour is perfect to last throughout the whole year – I love the ones from kikki.K.

Okay, a getaway would be pretty amazing, but unfortunately we’re yet to win our fortune at the races on a Wednesday, so until that happens, this little list of cute, Secret Santa gift ideas may have to suffice – sigh
