Want to get your hands on some free airline tickets? Here’s everything you need to know about the latest roundtrip airline ticket giveaway from HK Express.
Hoping for a getaway? You’re in luck! As we’re sure you’ve heard, Hong Kong has handed out more than 700,000 free airline tickets as part of the “Hello Hong Kong” campaign to boost the city’s tourism. It was announced earlier this year that Hong Kong residents would be allocated 80,000 free airline tickets, while the rest will be distributed between Greater Bay Area visitors and overseas travellers. How Do I Get Free Airline Tickets From HK Express?
HK Express has been giving away round-trip economy tickets to countries like Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand — 580 in total!
The low-cost airline, owned by Cathay Pacific Airways, has been distributing free airline tickets in CHKC’s Christmas Car Boot Market lucky draw, starting from Friday, 8 December and on until Sunday, 31 December.
Simply head to the market and register between 5pm and 9pm. Winners will be declared at 9:45pm each day of the market. Terms and conditions will apply.

When: Saturday, 16 to Sunday, 17 December; Saturday, 23 to Tuesday, 26 December; Saturday 30 to Sunday, 31 December. Open 5pm to 10pm daily and 6pm to 12:30am on Sunday, 31 December.

What Kind Of Free Airline Tickets Can You Win?
Four Hong Kong-based airlines — namely Cathay Pacific, HK Express, Hong Kong Airlines and Greater Bay Airlines — have been giving out free round-trip economy flight tickets. Winners will only have to pay the taxes, surcharges and fees that apply to the tickets.

The free airline tickets will be distributed via several different activities, such as lucky draws, first-come first-served arrangements, or buy-one-get-one deals. Full details on how to apply for free airline tickets can be found on the respective airlines’ websites.

When Were Other Free Airline Tickets Distributed?
From 2pm, Thursday, 17 August until 11:59am, Wednesday, 30 August, Cathay Pacific gave away over 1,000 discounted economy class tickets to over 30 short and long-haul destinations, including Japan, Korea, Thailand, Paris, London and more.
