Flex Yoga and Pilates studio, previously based in Stanley, has moved to bigger and better premises in the Regency Centre, Wong Chuk Hang (just 3 minutes from the Aberdeen Tunnel and pegged as an up-and-coming area). Flex’s new space is an amazing 4,500 square feet, including three distinct studios, fully equipped washrooms, a snack bar with a kids’ corner and retail space for their exclusive line of Tulaa sportswear, made in Bali. The three studios are all used for different purposes to enable Flex to put on a wide selection of classes, with one being for Pilates mat-based sessions, yoga and children’s classes, one for Pilates Allegro-based classes and a private Pilates studio where instructors can give private tuition.
Open House Event: Tonight (12 October) Flex will be hosting a special open house event starting at 7pm which will offer you a chance to experience a free Vinyasa Flow yoga class with their Yoga Programme Director Leah Kim. After the class from 8:30-9:30 champagne and canapes will be served. You can choose to go to both or either one and everyone who attends will receive a complimentary group class voucher and a further 10 percent off any class package.
