Pink Season 2018

Pink Season is back in Hong Kong for 2018, and will be spanning a five week period from 28 September, to 3 November. Pink Season will feature 22 unique events and covering categories including arts and culture, entertainment, education, family and sports and adventure, all under the theme “Supporting and giving back to the LGBT+ community”.

Festivities will include the new weekend-long immersive “Culture Fest”, a series of events including an art fair, workshops, exhibitions and performances in Wong Chuk Hang showcasing local LGBT+ artists. The one-of-a-kind Drag Queen workshops allows anyone to explore their untapped talent for drag while the ‘Enchanted Rainbow Family Day’ invites families to a classic Disney character breakfast at Hong Kong Disneyland. Pink Season 2018 also focuses a lot on education, addressing topics like marriage equality, travel and health care for the LGBT+ community. The dedicated Pink Season Career Day will give advice to LGBT+ individuals, while ‘How to be an Ally’ will provide the general public with thoughts on how anyone can support the LGBT+ community in everyday life.
