Joy As An Act Of Resistance
This solo exhibition by Iranian-born American visual artist Amir H. Fallah explores the mental fatigue caused by the ongoing pandemic — looking at, in particular, the idea of experiencing joy as a means of revenge and other acts of resistance. The title is taken from a featured work that (unwittingly) references the desire to make up for lost spending following lockdown, i.e. “revenge shopping”. The exhibition is open by appointment only, so make sure to email the gallery at [email protected] to book your viewing slot.
Opening hours: Only by appointment.
