Flow and Friends presents Fortnum’s In The Park where you’ll enjoy an invigorating hour of Pilates x Barre on the grass led by Jan Quinlan followed by a luxurious picnic featuring buttery scones, sparkling tea and exquisite treats from Fortnum & Mason. You’ll meet like-minded individuals when you engage with Flow & Friends’ community, so it’s the perfect event to come to solo or with your besties!

One $500 ticket includes a Sculpting Mat Pilates class, a Fortnum & Mason teatime picnic, DJ entertainment and a Fortnum & Mason goodie bag with over $300 worth of treats to extend the magic and immaculate summer vibes!
