Ad Astra, Lio Sze Mei at Odds and Ends

The debut solo exhibition by Hong Kong artist Lio Sze Mei, Odds and Ends presents “Ad Astra” this month with new works. Lio scratches the surface of brass and copper plates and then processes it with ink and oil to create contrast and depth, using an intricate technique to depict themes like childhood, dreams and fantasies.
