Uma Nota

The delightful Uma Nota is helping us cool off in these rising temperatures with its creative new Five Flavours of Ceviche menu. Guests will be spoiled for choice with five different refreshing takes on the ultimate South American dish: there will be more classic options like the beloved Ceviche Goa ($165) which brings hamachi, shrimp and squid together with an addictive coconut milk and curry sauce, and there will also be less traditional options like the citrusy Amazon Tiradito ($115) and the Vegetarian Ceviche ($100) which gives guests a flavourful medley of mushrooms, complimented by delicious salsa and avocado. Throw in an order of caipirinhas and you’re sure to beat the heat!
