Taco Tuesday Deals
One of our favourite spots in Kennedy Town has a Taco Tuesday deal that is hard to pass up. Head here on any given Tuesday and for just $250 you can enjoy two-hours of unlimited beer and tacos! Featuring a choice of delectable chicken, pork belly, fish or Wagyu beef, along with Little Creatures’ very own craft brew, you can’t go wrong.
When: Tuesdays, 5pm to 11pm

A laid-back Mexican Cantina with a casual vibe makes Tequila Jack’s a great place to chill on any day of the week. We suggest heading here on Tuesdays, though, and taking advantage of its incredible deal, as Tacos are priced at just $10 (yes you read that right) with the purchase of at least one drink. With happy hour cocktails and house spirits from $43, draft beer and wines from $48, it’s too good to be true.

Another favourite of ours when it comes to Tuesday night dining can be found at LA-style Mexican restaurant, 11 Westside. From 6pm until closing time, you can enjoy 50% off all tacos. With offerings including al pastor, pollo asado and Baja fish, it’s best to book ahead of time to avoid disappointment.

As Hong Kong’s first Pan-Latin restaurant and bar, Picada’s bright décor, lively atmosphere, and themed cocktails will have you heading to the dance floor in no time. The best of Latin Salsa music is certainly a great accompaniment to these delicious tacos and on Tuesdays, from 6pm to 10pm, you can enjoy two-hours of all-you-can-eat tacos for $188. Five delicious fillings are available (beef, chicken, vegetarian and pork, along with a monthly special), and you can add on free-flow Margaritas, Coronas and spirits for an additional $198.

The more you order, the less you pay with Commissary’s Taco Tuesday deal! Head here from 5pm and enjoy one taco for $50, three for $140, four for $160, five for $200 and eight for $300. Happy hour is also until 8:30pm, along with specially priced select drinks for the occasion – including Gweilo beer for $45, gin sours for $30 and more. Known for serving affordable California-style Mexican fare, both Cali-Mex Taqueria and Cali-Mex Bar and Grill locations now offer a Taco Tuesdays deal! Every Tuesday guests can enjoy two-hours of unlimited tacos (original beef, original chicken, pulled pork and mixed vegetable) from 3pm to 5pm for $78, and for $158 from 5pm to close.

If you’re looking for an untraditional Taco Tuesday offering, head to HKU’s Black Salt Tavern. Every Tuesday from 3pm, guests can enjoy the signature taco-inspired “Babs”, paired with pint of beer for $130. A choice of fish pakora, pork belly sekuwa, lamb seekh, hanger steak boti or sweet potato tikki are all available and come served on top of a handrolled wholemeal flatbread with a biriyani rice salad. Happy hour is also available until 8pm, with pints for $55, “gin of the month” for $75 and glasses of house wine for $65.

Found in the heart of LKF, Los Sotano is a Mexican secret hideout that serves a selection of Mexican fare and experimental agave-based drinks. Included in the restaurant’s extensive menu offerings is the classic taco and it’s worth heading here on Tuesdays for its new two-for-one deal. Starting from 5pm, enjoy a range of toppings, including al pastor, pescado, ribeye, chilli bean, carnitas, southern fried chicken and octopus, all at buy-one-get-one-free!

Not all restaurants serving tacos in Hong Kong have a Taco Tuesday deal, so we didn’t want you to miss out on the ones that serve up tacos every day of the week! Here are a few of our favourites:
Opened in May 2019 by Black Sheep Restaurants, Taqueria Super Macho transports guests to the sunny shores of Baja with its lively Mexican food and drinks. Tacos include crispy fish, chilli roasted pumpkin, shrimp and adobe-marinated steak, and are priced between $32 and $38. All tacos here are served naked and are accompanied by a range of toppings, including white onion, cilantro, lime and salsas for you to dress yours up as you like!

Brickhouse is a late-night restaurant focused on providing an authentic Mexican experience through unique flavours and an eclectic menu bursting with variety. Providing an all-round dining experience; coupling its diverse cuisine with a range of delicious cocktails, guests can enjoy a variety of tacos starting at $65 each, or opt for the taco platter, with your choice of five tacos for $280. Don’t miss the Saturday night brunch ($650 per person), which includes free-flow tacos, cocktails and more!

With a bright and airy interior, Caliente is a great venue in a bustling part of Kowloon. A gorgeous terrace overlooks Kowloon Park for relaxing views of much-needed greenery, or head inside for a lively atmosphere that ensures you get the true Mexican vibe. The tacos here are served every day of the week and come in either a soft or hard shell, with plenty of options available; a three-piece combo is priced at $138 and five is $178, making the tacos cheaper the more you eat or share. Happy hour serves up a wide range of drinks and the menu features every margarita flavour imaginable (on the rocks or frozen) from just $48.

Can’t get enough of those laid-back K-Town vibes? If you’ve missed Little Creatures cracking Tuesday deal, why not head down the road and try out Chino’s tasty tacos? The modern Mexican menu features tacos loaded with the likes of marinated pork, pineapple and tomatillo; avocado, black bean and oaxaca cheese; and wagyu beef, guacamole and shishito – and are all priced between $40 and $68 a pop.

If you’re in the mood for some good food, Coyote is the place to go. The menu here features grilled beef tacos, shredded chicken, salmon and more.

This vibrant Mexican eatery and bar can be found in the Mojo Nomad hotel on Queen’s Road Central in Sheung Wan. Open daily from 6:30pm until late, head here anytime of the day and choose from the tacos on offer which include classics such as Baja fish, al pastor and carnitas, along with inventive offerings including the katsu-dilla with fried chicken, habanero mayo and cheese; and The Trump, with beef tongue, chicharron and salsa verde.

Agave has locations in both Central and Wan Chai, and though it may not offer a Taco Tuesday deal, it’s still a good option to know when cravings strike. Prices here range between $68 and $118 for three soft shell tacos, with fillings that include grilled ribeye, beer battered seabass, spicy grilled pork and more.
