Maison ES was launched a few years following Chef Sham’s successful private kitchen, Ta Pantry. The sun-filled, 2,300 square-foot restaurant is the ideal place to host lavish, elegant meals far away from the chaotic HK streets. She has recently unveiled a new Autumn/Winter Menu to highlight the traditional flavours of Asia and capture the essence of green eating. Featuring delicious ingredients such as Szechuan peppercorn, Zhenjiang vinegar and Tai O shrimp paste sauce, dishes will range from fresh seafood to delicious vegetables and more, so there is really something for everyone here.

Kick back and relax as you sip fine wine and enjoy the beautiful garden inspired setting, both of which complement the incredibly tasty food on offer here. Take your pick from the a la carte menu, which has stand-out dishes including the Foie Gras, pan-fried and served on a Toasted Brioche and adorned with Ginger, Apricot Chutney and Szechuan Peppercorn; or the Crispy and Charred Brussel Sprouts tossed with Cremini, Truffle and Fontina and topped with Onsen Organic Egg.

It also has a four-course and six-course tasting menu ($588 and $888), where guests can choose from the a la carte menu.
