Terrior Parisien

The Epicurean Group has teamed up with France’s Yannick Alléno Group to bring a new French Bistro, Terroir Parisien, to Hong Kong. Showcasing traditional French food in the form of classic Parisian bistro recipes, the food on hand will be seasonal in nature, made from imported and local produce. French Chef Alléno whips up dishes that are influenced by his Parisian roots; some things to keep your eye out for: Parisian Mushroom Stuffed with Snails, Lamb Stew & Spring Vegetables in a Casserole, ‘Nanterre’ Brioche French toast with Vanilla Ice-cream, and the signature Charcuterie Boards. The restaurant will have an open kitchen facing a large bar to create a lively vibe.
