Hide-Chan Ramen

*This business is permanently closed*

From Japan, New York and then to Hong Kong, this Michelin-starred restaurant has made its mark in the world and is famous for its Japanese style ramen noodles. Although ramen may seem like a simple dish, the elements that go into it would make you think otherwise. Hide-Chan ramen is created by boiling pork legs for at least 24 hours; the thick stock is then put through eight different procedures. It’s a lot more complex (and tastier!) then you think.
