If you’re passionate about beauty and have great people skills, we know of a company that’s waiting to hear from you.

If you’re always talking to your friends about being on the hunt for your dream job, or are new in Hong Kong and looking for work, this may be of interest to you. Beauty Express is on the lookout for some Sassy, energetic staff in HK to join its growing international team. It’s a beauty, fashion and wellness distributor of luxury skin and haircare brands like Amika (the maker of our favourite hair straighteners and wands), Premier By Dead Sea, Hermetise, Gratiae and A80 Anoufa Paris under its umbrella. As the company has just launched some new brands, there are 20 sales management positions and 40 expat sales position openings up for grabs (full training is given so applicants with an F&B or Hospitality background will also be considered, but you must be fluent in English). So if you’re thinking it’s time to make a career change, this could be your chance.

Before we go any further, here’s the bit you really want to know. How much can you expect to earn? Well the company offers an attractive salary package with a high commission scheme, with its top sales executives earning between $100,000 to $200,000 a month. That got your attention, didn’t it? There are also plenty of opportunities for promotion (if you’re the ambitious sort).

Of course, the best way to find out what it’s really like to work at a company is to ask a current employee, so that’s exactly what we did with Natalie Aharon who is a Brand Ambassador at Beauty Express.

What attracted you to the company and the role? What do you like the most in your position and the position?
I love helping people and I am very happy when a customer comes back satisfied with our products and can see the results. What I like the most is that it is a family company.

What’s the best thing about working with Beauty Express?
Great working environment, very attractive salary package, professional training provided by experts, good working hours, close relationships with my colleagues and my Managers.

What are the opportunities within the company in the long term?
The promotion opportunities are huge and can happen very quickly, so there is plenty of room for progression.

How would you describe the company’s sales style and culture?
In our company, it is ‘’Work hard, Play hard!’’. We work hard, but we also get to enjoy activities such as the amazing parties the company organises.
