Sigma Productions are back with plans for another big bank holiday – this time with a strong dose of Ibizan insanity. Since making its debut in Ibiza two years ago, Don’t Let Daddy Know has been giving clubbers and festival goers across the world a night to remember. Mandarin Oriental Spin

A workout with a difference…

If, like us, you find it difficult to draw motivation from blank gym walls and windowless studios, we have a real treat for you. The Mandarin Spa is hosting its first outdoor pop-up spin class until Sunday, 18 October! Jaw-dropping views of Victoria Harbour are sure to get your blood pumping – as will their expert trainer and cutting edge Lifecycle GX equipment! Classes are 50 minutes long, and you can choose whether you want to spin as the city wakes up at 7.30am, or as night falls at 7.30pm. Plus, guests are invited to use the Mandarin Spa’s luxurious facilities after their work out – now, that’s motivation!

PoHo Street Fest

Dancing in the streets…

With quirky boutiques and a back street art scene, PoHo is one of our favourite Hong Kong hangouts! So we can’t wait to celebrate its success at PoHo Street Fest this Saturday afternoon. A huge range of Sheung Wan’s bars and restaurants, including Crafty Cow and Little Burro, are coming together to provide a mouth-watering selection of food and beverages. All to be enjoyed whilst grooving to a live DJ! Make sure you have your camera at the ready girls, for the five most ‘poho-esque’ Instagram uploads, with #PoHoStreetFest and @CraftyCowHK in the caption will be travelling home with their boots full of exclusive prizes.

Mid-Autumn Festival

Full moon fun

Fancy something a bit more cultural this weekend? The season of lanterns and moon cakes (check out our mooncake madness guide here) is upon us again, as Hong Kong celebrates the Mid-Autumn Festival. There will be lantern carnivals across HK, including the Urban Lantern Carnival in Victoria Park. It promises to be a breath-taking sight as lanterns light up the park every night until Monday, 28 September. There will also be stage shows, palm reading and traditional fun and games to enjoy. The Mid-Autumn Festival celebrates togetherness, so why not make an evening of it with your nearest and dearest? Whilst you’re down there, make sure to watch the spectacular Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance, which will be performed at the Victoria Park Soccer Pitch between 10.45-11.30pm on the Sunday!
