Aussie Aussie Aussie oi oi oi!
Australia Day is fast approaching – the one day of the year where every Aussie girl in HK suddenly feels very patriotic (and perhaps a little homesick!) for their land down under. So get together some Aussie and non-Australian friends alike for a dinky di Aussie tucker menu at St Betty. We’ve loving how Michelin-starred Aussie head chef Shane Osbourn has revamped the menu (check out our full review here), and now’s your chance to taste his spin on the culinary wonders of Oz, including Queensland Spanner Crab, Manjimup Black Truffles from Western Australia and Gippsland Black Angus from Victoria. For the real Aussie experience, finish this sumptuous meal with a homemade Anzac biscuit or two!
