Flex Studio's Live Stream Sessions

Flex Studio’s live stream classes are back! Stretch, sculpt, tone and strengthen your body through yoga, pilates or barre – and receive real-time feedback from your instructor. Hysan Virtual Island Hike & Run

The beauty about virtual runs is that you can do them anytime, anywhere. And this particular one even benefits charity! Simply complete any one of three distances (5km, 4km, 22km) wherever you please, or tackle the actual Hysan Island Hike & Run course, which starts above Happy Valley and takes you through Tai Tam Country Park and back where you started. Those who complete their distance will receive an e-finish certificate and wooden medal.
