If, like us, you’re partial to cheeky tipple (or two) before traveling, this is your chance to partake in a pre-flight pairing of snacks and drinks. Available from Monday, 3 April – Saturday, 3 June (public holidays excluded) from 5pm-8pm, check in at the Airport Express and settle in with fine wines and French snacks before making your way to departures. With two delectable Gold or Ruby menus ($160*) to choose from, indulge in Smoked Sardine Fillets and Grilled Red Prawns paired with a crisp rosé and white wine, or Marbled Ham Terrine, Garlic Sausage and Ibérico Chorizo with a calming glass of red or white
