By completing the Sassy Hong Kong 2018 Reader Survey, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and reside in Hong Kong.
2. It will be Sassy’s sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
3. All prizes must be claimed within 5 business days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated. If a prize is not claimed within this period we reserve the right to select an alternative prize winner or not award the prize at all.
4. The prize offered is 10 x $1000 vouchers to be used at the following JIA group restaurants in Hong Kong: 208Duecento Otto, 22 ships, Duddells, Chachawan, Ham & Sherry, Aberdeen St Social, Meen & Rice, Commissary, Behind Bars, Old Bailey. Only one $1000 voucher can be used in each transaction. Any amount exceeding the value of the $1000 voucher must be settled in full in cash or by credit card.
5. The vouchers cannot be used during Black Out dates, including Public holidays evenings and public holiday days.
6. The original voucher must be presented for redemption.
7. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. The vouchers are valid for F&B only. It may not be used for banquets, events, private events or other services.
9. JIA GROUP reserves the right to change Terms & Conditions. In the case of a dispute, the decision of JIA GROUP will be final.
10. Data Protection: By opting to receive email newsletters from Sassy, you will be added to the Sassy mailing list, so you can be in the loop about future Sassy news. We promise to never share your email address with third parties unless you give us permission to do so.
